I'm having a problem with my car after they serviced it. They did a front end alignment without doing a thorough inspection which means I paid for a front end alignment that is worthless. After leaving engine check light was on and the car is shifting badly.
RecommendedI went in to get an oil change and found out my back brakes had to get replaced. thankfully they were still under warranty from my pep boys in Florida. Mohammed was wonderful! he made sure I paid the right price under my warranty. repair was quick and efficient. I'll be back for other services in the future!
quick service and friendly
I was in the Waterbury store on Wednesday, November 21st & asked about the buy 2 tires get 2 free. My co-worker was told by an employee at Pep Boys that they were offering the sale. I was told on Wednesday that was not true by a Pep Boys employee. On Friday I see the sale for buy 2 tires get 2 free & my tires were being offered. I went back to Pep Boys this morning & was told by Marc he couldn’t give me the offer as he doesn’t know about the sale till that morning. Too much money Too much time The only good thing is they’re open Sunday Wait for the weekday to go somewhere else
Poor customer service and a tremendously long wait. My Jeep was taken in with a 9am appointment. 1 hour and 40 minutes later it was finally "ready". Then it was discovered they used the wrong oil. That had to be drained and new, correct oil put in. A total of 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change.
Won't be back. Looking for a new service location.
