Horrible customer service..cant even p provide a phone call to communicate on what's going on with my car it shouldn't have taken 2 days to put on 2 tires and alignment apparently there was something going on with my struts do they failed to communicate with me what was going on throughout the process know the manager probably come before me having to spend $100 to get a taxi because I didn't complete my car and I'm completely disappointed try and find somewhere else to get your car worked on
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Needed one tire and was told it would take an hour. Still no phone call from them 3.5 hours later. Called to see what was going on. They said it would take another 40 minutes or so. Hour and a half later still nothing from them so I picked up my car and refused any service. Hopefully if you take your car here you have absolutely nothing important to do all day long and maybe the next day too.
