Had a 10:30 appointment for a low tire needing repair and did not leave there until 1:30.... 3 hours for an appointment for something that should only take minutes.... I asked a few times how long it would take as I only work 1/2 mile away and could have walked back to work, I either couldn't get a straight answer or I'd get "15-20 minutes"

Mother always said “if you don’t have anything nice to say.... just be quiet”. Do your car a favor and if you need tires go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service..cant even p provide a phone call to communicate on what's going on with my car it shouldn't have taken 2 days to put on 2 tires and alignment apparently there was something going on with my struts do they failed to communicate with me what was going on throughout the process know the manager probably come before me having to spend $100 to get a taxi because I didn't complete my car and I'm completely disappointed try and find somewhere else to get your car worked on
