Ive been coming here for 7 years.loyal customer oil change tunr ups breaks and tires this was the worst ecperience ive had..service engine light on..the guy at the desk said we're busy you don't need oil change.WHAT..!# ivr been waiting over an hour..they say 30 min.. Asked to get help with tires wad told i could waite till he got off the phone?..customer service sucks
Left my car for there early drop off. Put the key in there 'secure' box. Car and key both gone. Manager didn't even call the cops. I'm having to deal with it. Stay away from this store!
I had a positive experience with Pep Boys today! They fixed my car as a walk in appointment in just a few hours. Great customer service!!
Went in for nail in tire. They said it wasn't repairable and said I had a prorated warranty to replace tire. We have less than 1000 miles on these new tires. They said I was credited 85%. Good thing I did the math, because they wanted to charge me more than the 15% I was responsible for. 15% on a $144.99 tire is only $21.75. So that plus $7.57 tax plus $27 install fee is $56.31. They initially told me I owed $89 total. NOPE. Do your math guys.
Pep boys in Puyallup did a water pump on my car 2 years and 2 weeks ago. I took it into pep boys about 2 or 3 months ago because I suspected the water pump was going out (my mechanic thought so as well) the water pump has a life time warranty on it and the labor was under warranty for two years after they installed it. Well they said it wasn't the water pump and that it was an electronical problem. I knew they were full of shit and was a big bitch to them. Just bought car two days ago, wanted to check ac out. Came to pick it up n had scratches on the dash around vents n solar sensor ( which they said needed to be replaced ) confronted them, and they denied it? What more proof do u need? Was not like that when I left it, n scratches around places you were suppose to inspect
