RecommendedPep boys came through clutch!!! 4 hours from home and all the other tire stores in the area were a 3+ hour wait, these guys got me in and out in less than 2 hours!!!
Even though it took longer than expected cause my jeep is a pain. I have no complaints.
We took our car to them to replace the wheel bearings. A pretty penny later they gave us our car back to it making a sound we've never heard it make before and all he says is "We dont know what that is." So we take it to another mechanic and find out they never preloaded the bearings. We had to pay a second mechanic to fix the problem Pepboys caused.
They have Great and Friendly Customer Service with a Smile. Very helpful feedback when asked a question about my car especially coming from a Woman who is learning about cars. I’ve bought my Breaks, Windshield Wipers, Battery, Radiator, and Alternator from Pep Boys, and Got my Oil Changed Today by the Awesome Mechanics at Pep Boys. I also Love Their Discounts being a Rewards Member. Thank You Pep Boys!
I love going to pep boys for all my car needs. There always friendly and helpful. Only problem I ever have. When I get my oil changed they forget to reset my oil gage
You guys are amazing, stayed open late so I could pick up my car then gave me a discount because you had problems fixing it ....you have a customer for life ♡
They need to teach their employees what good customer is about. They’re so unhelpful and clueless. I’ve asked a simple question like “Am I allowed to transfer my appointment to your store since I’ve picked the wrong store from online apparently? Their response “I don’t know, what size of tires did you get”. I wasn’t even asking about any tires. Way out of topic. Wow, what an outgoing, helpful and great crew!!! From my first phone call with Melissa who answered ALL my questions and got my tires to the store in less than 12 hours, to her getting me in the store for the install in less than 24 hours! Then Gary,the service tech, he added a last minute complete front brake job with new calipers to my 99 Lexus. That was badly needed.
