Ordered a trailer hitch and installation. Even had free installation offer after mail in rebate. Show up to store and was told that store no longer does hitch installations, even though I had an appointment and a confirmation number. What a joke.
Apparently the hours of operation are more of a guideline. An hour before closing they don't want to take any new business. Sounds like being closed to me. I wanted to get some new tires, guess someone else will get that money. Keep chasing away customers and you won't have to worry about that last hour anymore, you could start closing early.
Good people and stayed true to their warranty. I trust them
I made an appointment online and then showed up just to find out the AC guy was "out until next week." Don't allow appointments if you can't do the service. I wanted to give you a chance disputed the other low ratings. Work on your communication and expectation of customers.
Car sputtered on 295, had to call out to work, tow truck took 3.5 hours to show up, the replacement of the alternator found a stripped bolt, they sent someone across town to get a new bolt and luckily the crew at Pep Boys on Blanding gave me great service and a discount for the extra long wait. I will be calling their corporate office to brag on these awesome service techs and manager. It is a shame I had to complain about the 3rd party vendor my auto insurance uses for towing.
Pep boys close at 8 pm.. I need a battery charge at 7:27 pm. The guy told me he was closed.... They close at 8:00pm. Had to go to oreillys for help..that guy at pep boys turn me away didnt care if i was going to make it home seeing that i was by myself. Oreillys help me with my battery...and made sure was working. Thanks pep boys for your help... The man at oreilly got paid he knows the value of money
