RecommendedI had good experiences and customer service with both Aaron and Max at the front desk. I ended up going to the Baymeadows location, which is closer to home, on Aaron's recommendation due to what my repair concerned. and it was resolved. I was very happy with service at Orange Park back in February which is why I returned there this time.
They saved me over $200 from what Toyota wanted to charge me and hours of my time by being easy to do business with. I only needed the lift supports replaced on the tailgate of my minivan. I was able to order the parts online, make an appointment and the install took less than 10 minutes. I wish I had thought of going to Pep Boys sooner. Thank you!
I take my company truck Here all the time and always get good service
I thought they was good. They don’t know what they are doing. You get your car fix, a few months later a part is missing from your car where they fixed and they wanna charge you for it. Don’t go unless you want missing parts of your car.

Horrendous customer service!! The service manager loves over talking you! Thanks for wasting my time, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
THANK YOU. THEY SAVED ME! They were very nice and compensated me for my wait which I didn't have an appointment so I expected to wait long. I knew they would be closed by the time I got cash to tip each of the men. I hope they will be there tomorrow...great service and great work. Never had a problem with Pep Boys.
From out town helped after tires plus was terribly rude!!! Had me on my way from nail in tire in 15 minutes. Very friendly! Well run store Jay Farris!!
