Scheduled an oil change today at 1. My car was seen right away. There was a slight delay, the hood of my car was covered in ice, I was told right away though. Very pleased and will most likely get my oil changed there again in the future!

Not only did I take my car to TWO of your Pep Boys locations because one kept telling me my car was fine to drive, a part was MELTED on it, due to YOUR company telling me my car was fine to drive. And now you want me to cough up an additional 2200 to pay for YOUR companies mistakes. I'm not happy. I will NEVER refer anyone I know to this company. This is absolutely ridiculous. You are absolutely ridiculous.
RUDE employee over the phone and equally dismissive in person. I will NEVER give this company my business again.
THE Worst Customer Service EVER!!! The guy over the phone didn't even know how to work their store computer. I scheduled an appointment one week in advance, and they couldn't "find it in their system"....And they quoted me 3 times the amount to install a headlight than any other place I called in the Fishers area! They are absolutely horrible! I would NEVER recommend doing business of any kind at this location..or Pep Boys in general-The E 96th St location in Fishers is by far the worst!
