Bought a Reese hitch receiver and made an installation appointment online, and was promptly called by the store to say that appt time wouldn't happen because the part wasn't in stock. Made a new appt time for 3 days later. I was running 15 minutes late and when I got there they said it would be 2 hours before they could even touch it.
