Person behind counter was unhelpful, rude, and deceitful. Practically called my spouse a liar. Barely competent enough to fix a matchbox car much less a real vehicle. Waste of money, over priced and ignorant. Hope everyone sees this and the counter help as well as the technician lose there jobs!
Dan and the guys saved us from missing a whole day of our trip to AZ. We came in Sat night and they fixed our car first thing Sunday morning!!! How many places work on Sunday anymore. We were extremely lucky our car broke down here, because we couldn't have asked for better customer service! These guys are service oriented and the friendliest you'll ever meet. We can't say enough nice things about them! Thank you To Dan and the guys at Pep Boys for making an unplanned, unwanted stop on our trip as pleasant as possible.
