I have been a loyal customer for years. After my last oil change your mechanic over tightened the oil cap and cracked my oil pan. Been leaking oil ever since. Please help.

RecommendedI ordered tires online and selected this place for an install. I confirmed through online chat that the tires were delivered, however when I arrived at the store the tires were not here. The service associates had the tires delivered same day from a nearby store. The associates were so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.
I have had the worst experience with this place. They don’t know what it means to have an appointment.
$113 to change a headlight bulb. Something that takes 15 minutes to do. Told me they had to remove the entire fromt bumper. That is a LIE as I have changed bulbs 3 times in this car myself. The guy at the service desk (younger, new-fangled hairstyle) has a serious attitude and should not be dealing with the public. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I will never buy anything there again because of him.
Appointment for 10am. Arrived 9:30, told the staff I would wait. Car sat untouched until 11:30, and action only started when I made motions to leave. Once started work took about an hour. I guess it’s a good thing I hade an appointment, otherwise who knows how long I would have sat there?
