Well, the PEP Boys on Elmwood sure did go over and above the call. Since my car was in the TOPS lot; they simply drove one of the turbo jumper boxes up and Frankenstein started the car instead of me having to either drag the battery from the shoppe and replace it myself or have it towed the two blocks. That, plus the discount from the website which made the whole job cost less than what Advanced Auto wanted for the battery alone, and the little touches that you don't think to ask for but they take care of.
