Never trust the id10t's here to even test your battery. They will tell you a brand new battery is failing to try to make a sale.
We have been going to Pep boys for over 4 years now. And they haven't done us wrong. They have a great crew!!!
Very much disappointed. They gave me an appointment at 8:30 AM and then they called me evening at 5:30 PM and told me they do not have parts . They spoiled my complete day plan by blocking my car and asked me to apologize . They do not have time management , very bad. We've being going to Pep Boys for awhile now. They've never steered us wrong (no pun intended). Their parts/service dept. has been phenomenal (especially Daniel & Steve). They always make sure we know we are up-to-date on our truck's needs, whether it's tires, oil changes, etc. They have pointed out some potential problems we weren't aware of and gave us quotes to come back to get them taken care if. Plus, they send out rewards & discounts too! We're happy with Pep Boys of Chico!!!
They are friendly and squeezed me in on several occasions. Found two big errors that les schwab did and saved me a ton of money and trouble �

I just bought something and came home to submit the rebate online. Your site tells me that I have to wait 24 hours to submit it. I wonder how many people forget to submit as a result of that required delay.That's a really slimy trick. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Do you sell "nexen" brand tires? But where can I find them? I need help.
