I ordered a tow package to be added to my vehicle and selected a time slot that was available for installation from the website. I was called two days later and told my job wasn’t “big” enough for them to complete at my selected time slot because they wouldn’t have enough technicians and need to leave the time open for “bigger” jobs. I will leave my future “bigger” jobs for a shop that actually cares about their customers
did an online appointment for oil change. waited 2 hours just for an oil change.
Recommended5 stars!!! Exceptional service!!! Amazing and friendly staff. We were literally on our way out of town when we realized we had a giant bolt in our tire. Raced over to Pep Boys and Steven immediately greeted us and got us taken care of. Thank you Pep Boys team!!!

If you have a problem, the manager will not talk to you or call you back. I will never bring my business here again.
I go in to have my tires checked, I thought I felt a possible bump. I give the young man my keys. He says he'll check it out. Fast forward over an hour. I get up to stretch. Another young man looks at us and says, "He should be back from lunch in a few minutes, he'll get your car up on the lift when he gets back". Are you kidding me.? What kind of customer service is that.? I will NOT be going back there again. Definitely won't buy another set of tires from them.
Terrible service. My car has been there since 2pm this afternoon. Just called. 730 pm and it isn't even in a bay. How hard is it to do an oil change? Oh. And they close st 8pm. Thinking I'll be getting a call to say they couldn't get it done. Terrible service yes but no service is the worst. Never ever again
I gave it one star because you can't. Give them negative stars. Don't make an appointment (when you don't make appointments) have the Customer arrive as promised. Leave the customer's vehicle with you and do NOTHING! Worse than Bad Service is No Service.
