What ever happened to,"Hi. Hello. Find everything your looking for? Bye. Have a nice day." Great customer service buddy!!! At least the young man who helped me get my bulbs for my head lights was pleasant. Unbelievable. Not even eye contact. Maybe the man behind the counter could of stopped his conversation he was having with his buddy, maybe a customer and at least said hi. Even on my worst day my customer service was on point. Next time I'll take my business somewhere else.
I came hear for an oil change becuse of an add with a cupon. I made an appointment for 9am and the van was taken back at 905am. It now been just about 1hr. Hiw long dose it take to change oil. Next time ill stick with Jiffy Lube. In and out once car goes back 15 min. Well worth the extra $15.00

On April 8, 2016, I took my Ford F-150 to Pep Boys store #59 (service invoice - 2150396) for a tune-up because my truck was rough idling. Dropped it off on Friday night to be worked on the next day. On Saturday, $530.70 later my truck was done and I picked it up. It seemed to be running better, but still felt a jerking motion when the truck reached about 50 MPH.
