Upon arrival I met Neil Ramcharan, the service “manager” at this location. I would say 2 of the 3 service managers I've dealt with have been helpful and concerned that I was happy with my service. The one I had dealings with today could not care any less and was smug about the whole situation. Unfortunately I was also made aware that though Pep boys and Pep boys service are in the same building and share the same name, your cost on parts is almost double in the service department as it is in the store. Lisa was so helpful and kind! She helped me complete a work project involving keys, when Home Depot and Lowes were not able/willing to help me. She went out of her way and above and beyond in order to help me!
Very helpful. Needed a rare battery for our 2012 Honda Fit. They guided me to the location that had one. A bit longer of a wait than told, but friendly service.
The prices are always very competitive, Levi in the service dept greeted me, answered all my ridiculous questions and was informative about the services. Overall it's been a very good experience, and if there was any issue with any services, they took my vehicle back and corrected the problem!!!!!
Tom was great, helpful and patient when I was asking a few questions or asked him to check my fluids and brake pads. I'll come back for sure.
Just left without a battery for my Jeep because I couldn’t be helped when I showed them an online deal that said available at store , still don’t have a battery , frustrating
