Completely and utterly disgusted that ur company would employ such a disgrace to the human race. A life long friend battling cancer posted a picture of his dinner and was verbally attacked by one of ur employees Alan G Kologrivov, who actually made fun of him having cancer and wishing death upon him. To imagine a service manager representing your company by the name of Alan Kologrivov wishing death on a human being who is battling cancer whom he has never met via Facebook is quite disturbing. Screen shots have been taken and further steps with corporate will ensue.

I stopped by Pep Boys on Sr 17, on Tuesday morning, and was greeted by Billy, who was very friendly and upbeat. Gotta love it ... go in to price tires and start with $800 for 4.... must of thought here is a woman, lets get what we can out of her ... when questioned why you start with the highest or why he didn't ask me what price range since i have print out from internet, he then tells me i should have just told him. No, paying for a service and wanted to see if i missed anything ... was rude and only one on register with a line of 8 to 10 people. Lovely customer service .
