I had a flat today and called and ordered my tire 2 hours prior to my arrival. Once my truck arrived I was told an hour until my truck was ready. 2 and a half hours later, I’m still sitting here and I asked and was told that they got the wrong tire. No courtesy call no nothing. I asked to speak with the service manager, and the guy wearing the service manager shirt said the actual manager was stuck in traffic getting my tire. Since when do managers do that?
