Just in for an oil change, but I had an appt. Thinking I wouldn't have to wait so long. After waiting an hour they still hadn't pulled my car out of the parking lot. After bringing it to their attention, they finally quit standing in the parking lot smoking and did the work. Won't bother with them again.
