I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone every. WARNING you will get price gouged please use local. Pep Boys tried to charge my $367.00 for an alternator that you can buy from NAPA or any automotive place for $190-$208. Pep Boys also charged me $130per hour for labor, plus $30 for misc. parts. PLEASE READ AND DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS. You have been warned.
So far I’ve had to buy 6 tires in the last month and I just went out to find another flat. Stay away! Cheap tires!
The waiting room is freezing. No one wants to take responsibility to turn on the heat.

Eric was great! Got my flat tire replaced and I was on my way in 10 - 15 min on Sunday!
Took my car in with what I was pretty sure was an issue with the starter. After waiting four days, got a call that they'd swapped out the starter but that it looked like the fly wheel needed replacing. Since this would have been an extra $1500+, I told them to put the old starter back in, and let the car sit in front of my house while I saved up for a fly wheel.
