Disappointed that with two people in the store I waited at the cash register for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Kept picking up the phone, chatting with each other. Even took a picture of them ignoring me and still no acknowledgment.
I've never had a problem with them. They've always done the work they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, for the price they quoted me, and are always courteous whenever I just drop in to check the air in my tires.
They already know what i think of them.... Its pretty sad when you have someones car for over a month and break a part on it while its there then it goes back 2 different times over the same part .... My list goes on and on. It would take me all day to tell people all of the things wrong with pep boys thats why they will be hearing from my lawyer very soon
Aaron and Tevan at Pep boys in Bloomington and SWS towing just proved their are still good people in the world. Had a flat called tire barn across the street who said they were open for an HOUR....30 minutes later I get towed there and they say they are closing up and can't help me.Tow truck operator offered to tow it to pep boys. He didn't have to it was a free tow. The guys at pep boys even though they were closing too not only fixed my tire but DID NOT CHARGE ME!!!! Thank you so very much!!! Refused to do tire rotation on my 2015 Honda Odyssey FWD minivan. Was told best tires have to be in rear. On a FWD vehicle?
If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service and care in the auto repair area rates among the worst I have ever encountered. Scheduled an appointment, dropped off my vehicle BEFORE their business hours on the day of my appointment. At 11:30 I called for an update and was told that they hadn't even retrieved my keys from the drop box. When I told the "Service Manager" that I had an appointment and asked if my vehicle would be ready for me to pick tonight his response was "Doubtful." I am horrified at his attit... read more
Stopped in to get a tractor tire fixed. Valve stem was either gone or lost in the wheel. Fixed in under 2 min at no charge! That's how you earn a loyal customer!
