One year old tires, Audi A3 (all wheel drive) with 12,000 miles on them. Larry was rude to my daughter, then rude to her boyfriend who went in later simply to ask “you had told my girlfriend it would be a few hours, do you have an estimated time”…. Customer service at the Bloomington location was terrible today.. Tall Guy with glasses working the front wouldn’t look up our phone number for the account because he said he didn’t know my husband when I gave him his name after he had ask me and I wasn’t sure which business it was under ..Is it a policy if they don’t know you they can’t look up the number ? Unfortunately it was embarrassing for me and should be for him that he could not take a moment to be a nice person..

Recommendedthe store in Bloomington went above and beyond to change our 2 tires and get us back on the interstate. we can't thank them enough for moving so quickly. absolutely grateful!
Bill and Kim were absolutely amazing. Bill helped me last minute while I was in a pinch. I will go to them for all of my servicing needs. Kim also was very friendly and helpful. The whole staff was just all around amazing to me and fixed my problems.
so I just had a tow hitch installed. and they didn't install a plug for the trailer.. called and asked why, he replied "we don't do the here... its YOURE responsiblity as the CUSTOMER to know this. then hung up on me... this place is a joke and very RUDE employees
