Completely negligent!!!! My husband took my car in for an oil change last week. Every single door including my back hatch had greasy handprints on them! You wanna tell me why they went in every door of my car??? For an oil change! Not only that but there was a razor blade wedged in my back seat! A freakin razor blade!!!!! That could have seriously injured someone!!!!! They had no business being anywhere other the drivers seat!!!!!
To Oz Hooks, their management must have changed....I just (earlier this a.m.) a very good experience with Pep Boys in Homewood,Illinois with my battery...Their batteries are on sale and it did not take long and personnel was wonderful....My experience was good over there..thanks guys..and batteries are on sale and I good a good deal....
I got there at 11:00am for them to look at one wheel. They didn't finish and I cash out until almost 7:00pm. They failed to ask if I've been there before, leaving me to assume they were attempting to stick me on the price, ignoring the fact I had warranties on the complete brake job they did for me in June 2013. When I mentioned I been there before and had warranties then they included them. Overall warranty or not I'll never go there again. Extremely disappointed and upset! Worst experience I've ever had!
