I called them and asked if they could put air in my tires. They said yeah, come on up. I pull up and no one comes for a while, so I tap on my horn in case no one saw me. Some rude man comes out, doesn’t say anything, just looks at me. I asked if he could put air in my tires. He said “I’ll let you use a hose.” I asked if anyone was available to do it. He said “im on break.” So rude and ridiculous. I won’t be back.
They should just close their doors seeing as they don't live up to the scheduled service times and really don't care if they waste your time. Go someplace else this store sucks !!! you have been warned
Good luck getting your car worked on. We made an appointment for 1230pm one day and when we called at 630pm, to see if it was done, they said they wouldn’t be able to get it done that day. Didn’t even bother to call us all day to update or apologize.
The worse experience I’ve ever had. The service was slow, the employees are rude and inconsiderate and they didn’t finish the job that they were assigned! Boooooooo Pepboys in Homewood, YOU ALL SUCK!
I’d like to give a shout out to Mike Bassett he was very professional and courteous and also to Krystal Kaszuba I did not meet her but she was the technician who worked on my care and she did a great job. Thank you both I am very impressed which the service you provided fast, friendly and professional. I will recommend this place to engine who is looking for car service.

I'm still waiting for my brake rotors to be turned. I took them to the Homewood IL. store about 7 hours ago and there still not done. What pisspoor operation will never go there again A Artuso Thornton IL
