My daughter recently had a LOT of work done on her vehicle in Harlingen store They over-charged, they put parts on that were not needed or authorized ( such as a $189.00 Bosch battery, a starter relay that wasn't needed, a fuse box that wasn't in need of replacement ) The car was brought in for a faulty starter... after 8 days in the shop here, it still wasn't running. Tried calling 5 minutes before closing and someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I guess they just wanted to leave already instead of helping customers. Thanks for nothing.
I went in and they tried to charge me $800.00. My husband called and they we're willing to drop the price to $500.00. They are crooks -and I would never bring my car there again!
