my wife took her car there because it was running rough, they did a diagnosis and said a coil pack was bad. My wife also asked if they could check out a possible leak from the back of the car. They stated it would be 3 grand so my wife called me at work. I came and talked to them, couldn't get them down to a reasonable price so I purchased a coil pack and replaced it in the parking lot for 70 bucks. the kicker here is the leak in the back turned out to be condensation from the muffler. Due to rough schedule I’ve had lately, I had visited Harlingen location about a week ago due to my vehicle having rough ride while on the road. I suspected it’d be disk needing to be resurfaced. They “checked” my vehicle and told me my struts needed to be replaced and estimated me an amount of $800+ (I didn’t do it). If I’m requesting a particular service just do what I ask!! Then those bitches had the balls to try and sell me an air filter for about $32 bucks... fuck you very much! I can get one for $15 and put it in myself. Never coming here again for my oil change. #worthlesscustomerservice
