My appointment was at 1:00 pm today for an oil change. Carolyn explained it's not really an appointment. It only means you are next in line. It's 1:21pm and my truck is in the same spot I parked it. She did not make eye contact, no smile, no apologizes or we will get to you as soon as possible. I guess she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I'm a faithful customer but NOT after today. At least provide the customer with an estimated timeframe. #pepboyslaneave #givehercustomerservicetraining

The employees at this location have the worst attitude that customer service can ever displayed in front of customers
2 days 2 appts to simply transfer a set of tires from another store before I take a long drive. Big waste time with lazy employees and bad service!
If you want trustworthy honest mechanics, please go see Mike and his crew here at Pep Boys on Lane ave. I can't Thank them enough See you all next time. .
Great shop when to have shocks put on my truck on Dunn Ave .. The price and the quote that I got did not sit well with me I am a mechanic myself so I know what it should cost to have it done. Call lanes avenue the next day .. 200 dollars difference in the price and the quote from Dunn Avenue... And that included oil change any air filter. I stay on north side but from now on I will go to lanes to have my car and truck service..thanks Erik Froden
