Took my car there on Saturday for an oil change. The mechanic called and suggested two tires, and wind shield wipers. Things I knew I needed so I said hey why not since it is already there, will save me a trip somewhere else. When I went to pick my car up my front bumper was falling off. When I made the guy aware of it, he told me they were no where near the front of my car. well I was there Saturday but it still wasn't fixed .but they worked me in today to see what is still going on.
You cAn have a appointment and still be there all day! They had my car in the bay while all the workers just staying around talking laughing and smoking
Service on Lane was Great,, but the Guy at the Car Rental with the sleeve Tattoos is One nasty Character,, just happened to need to use the Bathroom,, as I started to go in He came out,, Piss all over the lid and He did not flush,,,,,
Made online appointment at 1130am 27Oct17 for 2pm. Called and the female who answered advised me that it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. I arrived at 1240p, after telling what I need done to my mini van and advising service manager of my confirmed appoinment(01352158xx) he sill would not honor appointment, started to complain about employees not checking with him first and that was why he did not like same day appointments, etc. etc., so I left.
