The service was complete including alerting me of potential problems that I will want to address
Traveled to Chicago for a wedding and had car trouble upon leaving. The wheel bearing had to be replaced or the wheel could possibly fall off on drive back to Ohio. We did have to wait as they were busy but the employees were very courteous and helpful. We actually were there until they closed but I'm sure this may have avoided a tragic accident. Thank you so much Pep Boy crew.

back window & rear brake light out, as well as rt. turn signal. walk- in , in an out in an hour and 1/2.
Waiting over 2 hours to get one new tire put on. Would have done it myself if it wasn't 10° below.
Made appointment to change my differential oil Went and they couldn't do it they didn't have the oil for Honda Pilot then they sent e mail that I didn't make it to my appointment they have sorry service on all the pep boys cause I have use several locations
