Well, for starters. Not Forgetting I'm here waiting. Two Hours At That!! I Was Told I Would Be Out In 2hrs, Turns Out, They Didn't Even Take My Van Back For 2hrs. The Guy That Checked Me In Left. The New Guy Knew Nothing. It's Very Upsetting. I Probably Will Not Return The Location. Its Hit & Miss. It Was Ok At One Time, Not Now.

Absolutely amazing service. Flat tire on our way to dinner but Joe and his crew took care of us immediately and got the spare in place in 15 min. Customer service oriented, cordial and fast. Highly recommended.

I'm giving four stars because there was an issue when I got my car back from them the first time. I was very skeptical. However, the way the issue was handled was VERY PROFESSIONAL. Steven, the General Manager, called me personally to tell me honestly what happened the first time. He worked hard to make things right by calling me and keeping me in the loop about the parts, etc...He took care of the issue automatically which is what a great manager would do. Luis (the Supervisor) is amazing and very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, I'm starting to wonder if the Mechanics are happy with their jobs and careful with the Client's Vehicles.
