Had my new 21 gt mustang for is first oil change left it there for 6 hours. Told the rep, I didn't think they finished the work, he assured me it was complete. Came home tonight two weeks later and popped the hood because it's low on windshield washer fluid, engine is covered in oil, look around at the mess and the screw in oil cap is sitting in top of the wheel well. RecommendedMr. Murga and the guys at Pep Boys replaced my tire at an amazing price and with the best quality service. They really do a really great job, and they work quickly to respect the customers time. I am a very satisfied customer and I would highly recommend them.
These people are the worst!!! Do not go here!!! They stole a stole ibach suspension shocks from me and lied about it. They are thieves and liars, beware. I am filing a lawsuit and calling the police

Gave me false information to get me to come into the store, I get there and the part I needed they didn't have and they were gonna charge me more than double what they told me over the phone.

I had a GREAT experience at this Pep Boys today. I am so grateful for them going above and beyond to help me figure out an issue I was having with after market HID light on a used vehicle. I will always go there first in the future!!
They had everything I wanted. But no service. No one in the store at all. Stood in check out for a while with some other ppl. Just waiting. Then decided to go someplace else that I could at least check out of.
