Ripped Off At Pep Boys Moffett Rd. Mobile, AL! We were visiting family in Mobile, Al in August when I needed my A/C repaired in our car. I didn't know any good repair shops so I took it to Pep Boys since I remembered them from CA. BIG MISTAKE! I was just charged $28.00 for a headlight bulb and they can't even determine if that is really the problem because the headlight still doesn't work. Apparently they should have had to do an "electrical diagnostic" ($40) to determine the issue and the guy that does that was either busy or may have left for the day, they weren't sure. I should have just told them to put my old bulb back in, I'm sure they would have nailed me for labor anyway. I would have rather just donated $28 to charity not Pep Boys. Never again!
