went there to fix a tire leaking air and a break light. After 2 and half hours I asked and they said it wasn't the tire it was something with the tire pressure system valve. They fixed that but couldn't fix the break light. Said it was an electrical problem. The waiting room for the customers was filthy . They had a TV and complimentary coffee and water and a bathroom. Refused to sell me one tire, insisted all four needed to be replaced. I was a woman, alone, and in need of my vehicle, who got towed in with a flat spare tire..( a different place assured me the spare was good the day before) It took almost four hours and cost me $$$. AAA towed me there because they had evening hours and it was 5:30. I feel like they took advantage of an older woman who was alone and needed help. Extremely bad business practices. How do these guys sleep at night?
I was there today, the guy's were great & I didn't get ripped off. They were very helpful.
Went to Pep Boys a year ago for my AC and they never checked any of the valves just put the compressor back in and charged it now they want to charge me $357 SMH
HORRIBLE -- waited 3 hours for them to plug and air a flat tire... JUST INSANE!!!
Good, fast, friendly service. The service person even hooked me up with a 20% off coupon.
New Year's Day and needed a battery. They were open and replaced my battery. Great staff. Thank you.
