Great ppl but high price on a repair for struts.
I took my car in to have a simple valve stem replacement... They refused to service my tire untill i purchased a new one. On top of that when i arrived to pick it up, i had a massive dent in the corner pannel of the car on the drivers side. The manager tyler, the gernal manager jill, or their regional manager would do nothing. They refused to even deal with it becuase it wasnt in the shop bay, but in front of their door. 0/10 would not return. Kameron and staff is amazing! We were stranded in the area and not only did they have the things that we needed but they took time to help us and were kind.
We stopped at Pep Boys in Dayton, FL due to having a nail in our tire. We were on our way home to Kentucky. They offered great service, fixed our tire, and we were back on the road within an hour! Wonderful, Courteous staff to work with. Thanks guys keep up the great work!!
I came into the PEP Boys in Clarksville with a compromised clutch hydraylic system. The clutch slave cylinder had failed and hydraulic fluid had leaked out and the clutch was not funtioning. The little truck needed a complete clutch system because of all the leaked fluid on the clutch plates and pressure plate. Camron did the job and I am a happy guy. Of course it was expensive, but what part of vehicle repair isn't. I feel the invelstment of 1/3 rd of the value of my little old truck was worth it. I will reccomment this PEP... read more

PepBoys is rating 5 stars today for selling my daughter a set of 4 tires which were listed for $115 on sale for $87.90 AND final bill being $19 LESS than their estimate which was most competitive of all places my daughter compared. Steve n Tyler (2 employees, not the lead singer for Aerosmith) did better than what they said. My daughter mistakenly gave Steve $20 too much when paying and he gave it back to her.
