Wanted to charge 1,300 to replace a pair of struts on my 2008 Town and Country. Car America charged me 560.

RecommendedTook my sons 09 Ford Focus in today to replace a headlight assembly because the right front was damaged from a wreck and the headlight kept shorting out. These guys went above and beyond my expectations by having their body guy pull out the dents on the fender well and bumper so the assembly would have a good fit and not short out again. When you trust someone with your car that you take good care of this is what happens at this location. They will also cuss in front of your kids and expect you to sit in grease while you drive home in your work clothes. They lost a customers oil cap while we were there as well. Waiting to hear how they are going to fix the damage.

Close the store so a decent tire/service vendor could open...The 3 times I have stopped there its ALWAYS the same ... you walk up to service...and the guy says be with you in a minute...after 5 minutes you are told you can't be helped today..AT LEAST there would be no more time wasted...As the customer walks up just say I'm sorry we cant do anything today would be better...AVOID this crappy place
