Ordered parts online to pick up. Confirmed they were available and ready. Employee John Valdivia would not get them off the shelf. He tried harder to avoid work than get a solution. Essential parts to keep working.

Pepboys CG has the beat customer service. Even when I have a hot mess day and cant get my car model or the which tire correct. They are on it! Thanks for taking care of our town.
I will never take a vehicle to this place again! They had my car for three months. Told me four different things wrong. Manager never knew what the mechanic was doing and the mechanic was never there. Never again!!!!

Wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to PEP BOYS and more specifically Cryssi Campos at Pep Boys....I spent FOREVER trying to get someone, somewhere that could tell me 1. Could I get a replacement FOB for car and 2. Be sure I am getting the right one. Everyone either steered away from answering me directly, or they could not "find out"....
