I will never go back to this location ever again! Donald does not know how to treat people. He is rude and very short with me. The fat short guy that calls him self manager should not work there at all. They gave me the worst customer service ever. I felt like I was had! They didn't care for my needs at all! I really hope pep boys figure out a way to strive in today's society!!! Remember there's online and I could have gone to 1000 other places too.
Drove 30 minutes for the $25 special that costed me over $50. What a scam! Never again
We had a very good experience with Jonathan at this location. We had a starter installed in our minivan. They were honest and responsive, which is not always easy to come by when it comes to auto mechanics.
Ector and the crew at.pep boys in roswell gave an excellent service on my ford explorer 2006 we thankyou you so much awesome job�
Had these guys do labor only for some shocks. They nailed it in 2.5 hours (Lionel the tech is awesome). I will be going back for some additional installation work. Thanks Ryan for managing the project beginning to end. Other shops lost all my business because they would not do labor only work.
Awesome service. I highly recommend them for their service.
