So at 09:15 this morning I made an appointment at Turnersville Pep Boys for an oil change. They did not have anything open till 16:00. I took the appointment and arrived at 15:40 like a good customer. Although it took the service writer about 5 minutes to acknowledge I was standing at his desk, he wrote me up and really didn't try to upsell anything. At 17:00 I took my keys back and left.
