Steve greeted everyone who came in the door like they were relatives. Very friendly. I was disappointed in the time it took to have oil change/tire rotation and a couple of light bulbs changed. I was hoping 1 hour not 1:50 min. I will be back.

Had an appt 9am for brakes..nothing showing in their computer..we even received a confirmation text, which we showed them..but the guys agreed to do it, had to wait 40 mins for the car to be pulled in..total visit time for breakpads..3 hours..that was with 9am appt..ugh..guys were very friendly and apologetic ...of course, it's the front line that has to take the abuse over corporate screw ups...
