If you don't have enough people to run the store on Memorial Day weekend, close it. Nobody at the register. Horrible service!!!!
Always a waste of time to come here. I never get any service, all the employees just sit around staring at each other. I came and got my oil pan looked at, the guy breaks my dipstick and doesn't even tell me. He taped it back together and put it back in. After I let him know about what he did he tells me to comeback for a free one. When I come back he tries to charge me for it.
THEY SUCK! went to them on july 23rd invoice 2028965 for A/C repair. their estimate $1401.94, not counting labor and Freon. only thing wrong was a/c compressor clutch, at local NAPA store $129.00. I would drag my car by hand before I would go there again
Touche` i strongly encourage anyone who is thinking about getting their vehicle repaired at Pepboys to not. Their techs are lazy and do not like doing officially documented warranty work because they dont get paid for it. Definitely in direct violation of their own warranty policy. [THIS IS ILLEGAL]
Worse service ever. Took 2.5 hours and they broke a part on the truck and required us to pay for something they broke. Also had looked up prices online, my husband called and talked to someone there to verify the had the tires did not inform husband that price was higher if not scheduling online. Huge disappointment and will never go back.
By far worst experience ive ever had with a car shop! Will stick to dealerships! Truck went in for brakes and alignment came out with pulsating brakes and pulls hard to right! Brought in there to be checked and was told to come in at 12 when "master mechanic" came in! Got there and was rudely introduce to another manager who said he would call me! Now 4 oclock no call so I call and new manager has no idea whats going on! Still no vehicle or update will report to BBB
