What a joke. Took me truck there for a oil leak. They called me and said that there was a hole in the oil filter. I said Great just change the filter. Went to pick up the truck the next day and they said it was $58.00. I ask why and they said they had to change the oil EVEN THOUGHT I DIDN'T WANT IT CHANGED. Brought the truck home and it was still leaking. Brought it back to pep boys the next day and it sat in the same spot over night. I understand that they are busy! I came for only an Oil Change. I was told 1/2 hour maybe 45 minutes. I went to the parking lot and my car was not moved and this was a hour and 15 minutes late. I ask the service manager on duty "How long of a wait?" He told me my car was next but no ETA. This is why I go to Express Oil change stores. I won't come for an oil change again!!!!!!
