Biggest joke of a mechanic shop you could ever imagine. They try ripping you off by inflating the price of parts and when you call them out on it they “magically” cut the price in half. Couldn’t even perform a simple brake job on a Dodge Charger properly. When it was taken back to have the problem addressed for third time and having to wait for them to make it right they confirmed the problem was fixed, when it wasn’t. went in to this store for wiper blades. said needed #18 to be installed for $36. Went back to mechanic who said he couldn't install them. then went to Sear's who installed #18s for $26. enough said.
The Pep Boys in Cinnaminson helped me find a place to get my rim fixed when they were unable to repair the damage. They explained everything I needed to ensure my car was safe. I would highly recommend bringing your car here.
The only Pep Boys I go to is the one in Cinnaminson. I had a 10am appointment got there at 950 and was out of there by 10:25. Awesome...
Absolutely horrible parts counter,, part counter asked me 3 times make of car. Didn't know who made a Shelby Gt 500. I stopped on way home ( passing 2 other parts stores ) for convenance purposes only to be sent home with the wrong battery for the car. This was my last stop at any Pepboys. The amount of time I wasted here bringing back incorrect wrong parts is totally unacceptable. Another customer in front of me has already been sold the wrong breaks for his ranger.
