Just routine oil change on a sunday! Went in an hour early bc my errands got finished early. They took me right in, they looked at my air filters and engine filters and showed me how dirty it was. Asked if I wanted it replaced. I appreciated that bc some places they would tell u but not prove to u that you really need it. Explained to me what to expect , aprox. Time wait. All good
My husband just stopped in to get one item. The cashier didn't even look at him. Didn't greet my husband and pointed to the register to let him know how much to pay. No thanks for coming in or "come again" What ever happened to people being courteous and using some manners. This cashier needs some classes on how to treat customers.
Just picked up my car. The tire tech replaced my front right drive tire. Problem is why rotate and put a new tire on the rear and put the tire with the lowest tread on my drive wheel (which was the flat tire)
Awful, got my car back with my change stolen. Way to go Pep Boys!
Horrible service, rude people, horrible mechanics.
Absolutely awful. Made my appointment for 6pm. Was told it would be done by 8. Went and ran errands. Came back at 8:30 and it's still not done. Won't ever bring a car back here again. This is by far the worst service and no one can explain why it's taking this long.
They still have my car...Coolant Flush Service...told 6 hours but now we are up to 24...my hands are crossed. Update: I'm at work worried all day and my intuition said something isn't right. 6 hours for a coolant flush? Didn't seem right. Unbelievable what they did. Now I have to call off work and 8am up in there
