Olga Dejesus was such a pleasure. She was very patient and helped me look at different tire options for my car. She then was super helpful to find the correct breaks for my sport package. She came out to my car to ensure we got the right measurements and heat rating. I'm so glad she was so knowledgeable on tire and break selection. She also helped me find my lock nut in my car. So so patient and helpful. I will totally go back to see Olga for car help at pep boys.
The guys behind the counter are friendly & seem to know what's up. made great recommendations & tested battery to confirm the problem. Well done...I think Tony was the guy!
Had to fix my license plate. Rayna knee exactly where the parts I needed were. I got outside and realized that the old brackets were stripped and almost impossibly fused together. Went inside and Rayna grabbed a couple of vis-grips and we got them apart. Great place, friendly, and it was only 7:30 in the morning. Thanks!
We got a flat today around 3:45, our insurance company tow truck arrived by 4:30 and we got to pep boys with the car by 4:50... they said they'd call to let me know the status within 30 mins. I took my sons to the mall thinking it would be a while- nope! When I got that call it was 40 mins but it was to tell me that it was DONE. So quick, great communication. Service is terrible and they don't seem to want to help and the mechanics lie to you. I'm sure some stores have some decent mechanics but a majority of them. Pep boys has really gone down hill in the past ten years.
Went online and looked up a blower motor for the HVAC system on my Jeep. Online price was roughly $40. Called the store & they had it in stock. Went to pick it up and the price scanned at over $130. � The clerk checked with the manager (Ken) while I pulled up the web page on my phone. Showed him the price and he honored it, including the web discount! Was pleasantly surprised, as whoever entered the price on the website may be soon!
