The worst Pep Boys ever....terrible customer communication and service.......been back and forth 5 times between part order to installation/service simple problem still not fixed....smfh
Came in for an oil change and ive been here for 3 hours already!
No service at all??!!! Called 2 days ahead to get an appointment for 9:00am. I just needed a diagnostic of power steering pump and surrounding components. One guy told me this would take 30 minutes. Another told me an hour. Dropped car off at 9AM . I was told my car would be pulled into the bay at 9:25AM. Came back at 10:30 AM and my car was still parked in the same spot! They never even looked at it!! The guy says " oh, sorry would you like to reschedule " Crest wood location*****
