These guys are fast, man... their bathroom is another story but I took a nice one that I was holding for a while so I didnt mind. Good work tho they only took a few hours to change the tire and thats pretty dope
This was the worst service ever. I made an appointment and was very specific about what I needed. New tires and to diagnose a sound on my car. My appointment was for 8am. I dropped my car off on time and left to go to work. I was finished with work at 2pm and got to pep boys at 2:45 pm. My car was up on the lift with no tires!!!!! No tires they had my car for 7 1/2 hours and were not finished servicing it. I also had to wait another hour. I asked repeatedly for a manager and no one would go get a manager. I rolled up and was scared that I would be there a long time there was so many cars but they took me right in at my appointment time and I was in and out. Great job and price!
It was a very busy day and we had to wait a few hours before receiving service but overall I was satisfied. First time coming here but the guys worked hard and did the best they could inspire of the hot weather.
I went to get an oil change ...a week later my oil compressor light came on 5 times in 2 days the guy who changed my oil forgot to change the filter like SERIOUSLY ...
Horrible service. And their customer service sucks too!
Absolutely horrible! We sat in the store for over an hour and we're told they would "start" to look at the car in 20 minutes from the time we arrived. Our total is $736.76 for two tires and 2 rear break lines. Why in the world is labor $504!!!! There is no way it takes that long!!The guy helping us at the counter had the nerve when we asked was it going to be done TODAY and why labor was so much to say "it just does, the guy that does the break lines sometimes gets distracted or side track". the service was good for a change but what i couldnt understand was after my total i had coupons for my oil change and wheel alignment it seems as though the customer service agent didnt want to give me a coupon but when she finally did when i got my bill i notice a 20.00 shop charge which i never seen from them nor any other auto place i went to. i ask the mechanic and he got to saying the special tool parts, removal of oil, etc.
I wanted to thank James Cain at the Crestwood store. I was desperate for tires and rims after a wipe out. Broke my rear rim in half. After going from place to place I tried here. His professional experience is out standing. What took hours to do at others stores he had done in 15 minutes. He set me up with 4 new tires and rims and saved me about $300.
