because your service is horrible, took my car in for a break job on Sunday and its Wednesday and my car is STILL not done.

Great service and excellent timing. My brakes were hitting the floor after being newly installed and pep boys got me right! They made sure me and my babies was safe going home.
Went to get oil change and inspection last wk. Was told I needed a new pan because the plug was stripped in pan. It wasn't stripped last time oil was charged so how is it stripped now? Was told the new pan would cost $25 but with labor I would end up paying almost $300! There Is no way that a plug was stripped by hand which is how oil was changed last time. This place is terrible!! Do not come here. I went by after work to get a simple oil change & it didn’t happen for over AN HOUR! I have never waited that long to get my oil changed. I will never come back here. Horrible service!
Picked up a screw in a tire. Needed it plugged. They said the tires, that are not that bad were unrepairable and tried to sell me four new tires. When I wouldn’t buy the tires and they said they could not plug it, they pulled it out for me to leave with a flat tire.... on Independence Blvd. my husband, on his lunch break, went to the parts place next door and bought the stuff, got the screw out and plugged the tire, in a nearby parking lot. Won’t be buying tires, plugs, even an air freshener.
Just wanted to say we had a 1:00pm appointment here Monday to have tires replaced on the truck. Came back at 4:00 to find the truck not serviced, not even moved. This is the second time this has happened so there won't be a third. They have always given us great service until the last two trips. Great tires and good prices won't surpass great service! What an inconvenience they have caused. Perhaps the younger generation was right, "Dad go to ...."
