Me gusta porque tienen mucha variedad. Lo que No me agrada es que al pagar No atienden con amabilidad ni con buena actitud como en otros negocios.
Tell you they're gonna take care of your car right away and then wait till you get they're to pick it up an hour later to even start. Mind you, I was just having a tire changed and there were no other cars being worked on could have been done in 10 min but instead took almost 2 hours.
Should not take appointments if they can't be kept.
Came in as a walk in it was late and they did not have time that is completely understandable. So I booked an appointment the next day at 5:30p after I got off work... Arrived on time not late or anything was told had to reschedule because they do not have adequate time management skills... This is the 2nd time I booked an appointment and was told they could not complete my oil change.
You may accept appointments but you don’t manage the appointment. I arrived on time @ 9 am and spoke with your employee and get it set up. I got up and looked out the door at 9:45 and my vehicle had not moved from where I parked it. I had two services done for over $2000 and was impressed with you Store over the last month. You lost a future customer today. Just went into your shop. We were on our way out of town, battery died so we came to you. Big mistake. Wouldn't change our battery out because you were too busy. We drove by the work area and there was little going on.
