Went in after my car stalled on the Thruway. Quick, easy, and knowledgeable. Gene took the time to sit with me and explain all the diagnostic tests that were run and walked me through what could have happened.
Albany store I had to get inner tie rods in, alignment and New York state inspection Fast and friendly the mechanic that worked on my vehicle he did a real good job did it quick and make sure it was done right and you let me know if there's was any other things wrong with it
It's my go to fix it place. I travel 15 miles to get to the Colonie store. Get in -get out. Done right. You need to upgrade your store music- needs more energy.
They are very friendly & fixed my car rite away!!
I love this pep boys location! Bill at the front desk is very nice and helpful and they have never tried to screw me over or charge me for crap that doesn't need to be fixed. I ONLY trust pep boys with my truck!
Never going back. They tried to tell me that I have to get platinum performance brakes for my car.
