Beware!!! Service manger Burt tried to sell my nephew $1400 of unnecessary brake work..All the jeep needed was a $24 brake hose. They are con artists and should be put out of business.. They prey on college kids.. They also had the nerve to Charge him $120 to diagnose the car which was completely Misdiagnosed. When I called Burt back and explained to him what was really wrong with the car he refused to refund the diagnostic charge. Go to a local small business shop..

UNACCEPTABLE! I will absolutely never return. I went to Pep Boys to repair a flat tire on Friday evening. I purchased a brand new tire from them and they replaced it (front driver side). I drove home that evening (less than 2 miles) and when I turned my car on in the next morning (Saturday) I had a low tire pressure signal. I went straight back to Pep Boys - they told me my brand new tire had a staple in it and another tire (passenger rear) had a nail in it. They patched both. I drove back home after the repair. Biggest rip off when it comes to service here they charge u one price to gain an opportunity to check ur car without permission to increase ur bill then wants to charge u as the customer extra labor fees for everything they want to fix while ur car is already being serviced. Not happy at all with this business and will not be returning

Your advertisement On tires are faults You advertise buy two tires and get to 50% off but what you don’t say it’s only on particular brands
